I recently purchased a Cadillac Escalade IQ through James Ming at Cadillac of Pensacola. The initial negotiation was smooth, but everything after that was a complete mess. When I was transferred to Amanda in finance, I made it clear that I wanted a GM extended warranty—nothing third-party. She told me the dealership “does not sell GM warranties,” which makes no sense for a Cadillac/GMC/Buick/Hummer dealership. Instead, she pushed a third-party warranty she claimed she personally uses. The next day, after finding terrible reviews about the company, I told them I would move forward with the vehicle but would not be purchasing any of those warranties. Only then did they suddenly “realize” they actually could sell GM warranties. This was the first major sign something was wrong. From that point forward, the situation continued to deteriorate. They attempted to change the transportation cost, delayed shipping the vehicle, and never disclosed that the car was in service for recall and warranty issues. Every day I received a new excuse—why the transporter didn’t show up, why the vehicle wasn’t released, why they needed another day. It was constant deflection and misinformation. And every time I asked a direct question, the answer was always, “Let me check with my manager, Pink.” Pink became the behind-the-scenes “bad cop” they blamed everything on, as if every issue or contradiction was his decision and not theirs. It felt like a convenient way to avoid accountability. James assured me multiple times that all recalls were completed and only minor warranty work remained that I could handle locally. That was not true. When I took the vehicle to my local dealer, they found two open recalls, and my car has now been in service for 15 days waiting on parts—for a vehicle I’ve already paid for and cannot drive. I even told both James and Amanda to keep the car until everything was resolved and not to finalize the sale until the vehicle was ready to ship. They already had my $30,000 deposit. Despite this, they pushed the sale through anyway, knowing the vehicle was not ready. To make matters worse, the car arrived missing equipment I specifically asked James about and was assured it had. It didn’t. Bottom line: think twice before buying from Cadillac Buick GMC of Pensacola. My experience involved misleading information, shifting stories, delays, undisclosed issues, and constant deflection onto a manager named Pink. If you choose to buy from them, verify every detail yourself and don’t take a single verbal answer at face value.
Great dealership experience, they had a 5 series I was interested in, and were fair on my trade in. Super quick to respond, not pushy, very helpful, really balanced 'supporting' the purchase. James was highly communicative and sent a bunch of info on the car I wanted, and he and Mr Pink and I were able to come to terms on the trade in value. Would absolutely buy from these folks again.

I purchased my Buick in 2021 and I have it serviced at the dealership. Jessica has been excellent at getting me in and out because in retirement Pam and I are a one car family. Great customer service. Salesman didn’t have what I wanted but had a model higher. He fought the good fight to get me into it but at the end of the day I just couldn’t afford it. Facility was clean, test drive was great, friendly atmosphere.

They gave me top dollar for my trade, more than anyone else from Crestview to Pensacola. I spent an entire day trying to purchase a vehicle with them over the phone and texting. It was like they had no desire to sell the vehicle to me or help in any way at all. After monopolizing my entire day I finally received a text late in the evening telling me that they had sold the vehicle. I guess honesty and professionalism is just too much to ask for from this dealership. Wish I had come here first to read the reviews. If I had, then I never would have contacted them in the first place. I recommend you steer clear of this dealership!
Tried for two weeks to get a proposal for a new Sierra from this dealership. Went in person, called and emailed, no response. Talked to two different salespeople. Dealership appears to be clueless and not interested in making a sale.
I have never been treated so badly trying to buy a car. Even the finance manager made a snarky comment about the brand of used car we were purchasing because we didn’t buy the warranty package for him to make commission off of. He also tried to get us to sign papers without even telling us what our monthly payments were or finance charges. I will never purchase from them again. If I had it to do over agai. I would have told them to keep their car
Not an Honest Dealership. They won’t Honor their sales Adverts. Also can’t detail a vehicle. Truck had a smell of Cigars. 3 times they tried to remove this smell and could not. Dealership after trading 2 vehicle for one, Failed to pay off both vehicles. Salesman would not enter correct pay off estimate, and when provided with accurate 14 days pay off: they did not correct pay off. Went back 2 months later. Had a flat tire, off all days when I had a Doctors appointment at the VA. Per Sales Manager, Spare Tire is Optional. This Dealership charges the customers Dealer Prep Fee’s. We paid to have it detailed, replace windshield, and program spare Keyfob and cut key. In 40 plus years off buying and trading vehicles, I have never experienced this treatment.
